Spam Messages
Some members are having difficulty receiving mail from the fishing club. The messages are going to the spam or junk folders. If this is happening, add meeting@hhpfishingclub.com to your safe senders list. The way you do this is similar regardless of the mail server you use. The mail service has instructions in the help section.
Most people use Outlook or Hotmail. I created a video to demonstrate how to add the club to the safe sender's list in Outlook and there is a link to instructions for Hotmail.

If you are using a third party server like a university, they will sometimes only allow you to receive mail from someone on your contacts list. To solve this add the Hilton Head Plantation Fishing Club to your contacts with the e-mail address meeting@hhpfishingclub.com.
