The Hilton Head Plantation Fishing Club held their first, informal meeting in May, 1987. A lot has happened since this small group of fishermen just wanted to go fishing more, tell some fish stories and socialize with other fishermen and in the process, become better fishermen. They also wanted to help conserve the surrounding marine environment for the future. We are now an ongoing sport fishing and social organization with a membership of over 135 (Learn More)
Whether you're a serious angler or a novice seeking to learn more about being a better fisherman, we offer a variety of charters and activities to enhance your fishing interests.

We promote the sport of fishing, along with lots of good fellowship. The club offers many activities; one involves club members volunteering support for the annual Plantation Kids Kamp program, by teaching kids how to fish.
Our members also assist the Property Owners Association in sustaining and improving the fishing lagoons, multi-purpose lakes and related amenities here on the Plantation.
In May there’s our annual Low Country Boil. What a great event to enjoy our local shrimp and oysters, along with all the fixings. There are monthly dinner meetings (themed pot lucks), that include professional speakers. As always, lots good camaraderie among members.
Members are required to be property owners. To join visit the membership page.
